10k Entry Form

Please download the 10k entry form here

Once you've downloaded it please print it off, complete it and send it to us with a cheque for the relevant amount and a A4 or A5 SAE so that we can send your race numbers and instructions to you.

Please make sure you put the right postage on the envelope!! Otherwise we have to pay to retrieve them from the Post Office and we won't be able to send your race number back to you.

The Closing Date for Postal Entries is 20th May 2010

Only Postal Entries received before 20th May get a free T-shirt which must be collected from race HQ on the day
